Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pack extra firm tofu- about 7 oz
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp chickpea flour
  • 3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste
  • 1 tsp nutmeg optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Bread slices of your choice- older, thicker bread works better

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients, starting from tofu to salt on the list to a blender jar and blitz into a smooth paste, that is not too runny.
  • Take
